This natural certified liquid highlighter is made of ultrafine minerals, mixed in a refined, luxurious hyaluronal- aloë serum. You can apply this highlighter to the highlights of your face and/or body to accentuate and lighten up. Cosmic drops is a buildable highlighter, so you can go either for a subtle glow or for a more dramatic cosmic glow by applying multiple layers. Let it absorb for 2 to 5 minutes before applying a new layer for the ultimate effect.
