FOUNDED IN 2019 - DENMARK

Sunny Afternoon is a  Neinties sub-label with a focus on more classic and delicate designs. Chic facet cuts and pavé-set crystals are in the DNA of Sunny Afternoon that radiate an old Hollywood vibe. The line is composed of 14-karat gold filled, which is a hypoallergenic and durable material. Sunny afternoon has an uncompromising commitment to serve up affordable and conscious alternatives to often mass-produced pieces.
With regards to sustainability & transparency, what are your core values that define how your brand operates?
The core value is to take conscious decisions in all parts of the value chain. From using recycled raw materials to the ethical production in Paris and the eco-friendly jewelry packaging made in our home country Denmark. Like Neinties, Sunny Afternoon is a small indie label and will stay that way - working only with small scaled artists is imperative to us. Stock is always limited, and we avoid mass production at all times.
With regards to sustainability & transparency, what are the "hot topics" you are currently working on and try to improve yourself on?
We are continuously working on getting our materials, supplies, packaging and production as close to home as possible. Currently, 100% of the jewelry production is based in Paris and 100% of the packaging is made in Denmark. We cut out unnecessary layers of single use packaging and plastic. Keeping our business small and ethical throughout all processes are and will stay our hot topics. We’re always in direct contact with the artists we work with.
