FOUNDED IN 2016 - DENMARK

Neinties saw the light of day in 2016, handcrafting its timeless fine jewelry. With an uncompromising commitment to serve up an affordable and conscious alternative to often mass-produced pieces, Neinties only sources its components from small-scale artisans, primarily located in the EU (Italy, Poland and the Czech Republic) and an independent jeweler in Bangkok. With all these beautiful and high-quality components, including gemstones and pearls, the final jewelry pieces are made in the atelier in Aarhus, Denmark.

With regards to sustainability & transparency, what are your core values that define how your brand operates?
Every single product is made to order and in limited amounts in order to avoid waste. As such, there are never any excess products, dead stock, or packaging. All products are designed to be timeless, and are never made to make you feel ‘out of fashion’.

It’s deeply rooted in the Neinties DNA not to cut corners; this includes the packaging which is produced locally in Denmark and is free of plastics.

We are the only link between our customers and our suppliers/craftsmen with no middle-men or arbitrators to avoid third parties taking cuts, a practice that allows us to pay decent prices for our source materials while still being able to sell quality jewelry to the customer at an affordable price.

With regards to sustainability & transparency, what are the "hot topics" you are currently working on and try to improve yourself on?
As we grow, we are continuously looking for new talented artisans and craftsmen to work with, rather than large corporations overseas where working conditions are most often questionable. We prefer to keep working with people rather than factories, as this ensures we get the most ethically-made supplies crafted by people who love what they do.
